"Not lined but material is soft and substantial enough. Not as short as some of my other Kenny Flowers dresses, which I appreciate. The adjustable tie straps are really nice. It runs TTS. I’m a 5’10” and a size 14 and ordered an XL. Cute dress for Memorial Day weekend and the Fourth of July!"
