"I ordered this shirt for my husband as a gift, I measured his favorite shirt and compared it to the chart online to match & choose the proper size. I trusted it would be sent as so, so when I received the order, I simply wrapped it and set it aside. Several weeks later, I gave him the gift and he said it fit a bit too snug. I was really surprised, as I had planned for a perfect fit. I pulled out the measuring tape, and sure enough, the shoulder measurement is a full inch off what is listed online. It is stated at 20” and is 19”. Unfortunately, I’m now past the return window with an expensive shirt that my husband doesn’t love. As a first time customer, I’m both surprised and disappointed in the lack of attention to detail on this item."
